Founded in 1959 by Ann and Cornell Case Blommestyn, the CaraCo Group of Companies began as CJM Blommestyn Construction Ltd., a small building and renovation firm. As the company grew, it expanded into the real estate sector—managing apartment buildings and constructing new homes across Kingston and the surrounding area.

Today, CaraCo Property Management is proud of the strong, vibrant communities our residents create within each of our buildings. We offer a wide range of Residential, Commercial, Retail, Office, Industrial, and Warehousing spaces, all supported by a dedicated and dependable maintenance team. Our commitment is to deliver welcoming, well-maintained communities that our residents and tenants are proud to call home.

As a locally owned company, CaraCo is deeply rooted in its commitment to quality. Over the decades, we have earned a reputation for building exceptional homes and delivering award-winning customer service. The CaraCo Group of Companies now includes CaraCo Development Corporation, CaraCo Property Management, and HEIST Restaurant + Wine Club. Our main office is based in Kingston, Ontario, with our U.S. division located in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
